A60-INC is constructed from pure expanded mineral graphite twisted
yarn with multiple inconel wire reinforced, braided inner core,
which provides outstanding sealing performance and high pressure
resistance. External jacket braided from pure expanded mineral
graphite twisted yarn, treated with inhibitor and a blocking
agent, avoids all contacts between the reinforced inner core
and the valve stem. No possibility of stem wear. |

The known
properties of pure expanded mineral graphite does not break
down in use, it merely becomes more dense as gland follower
adjustments are made, this is similar to the conventional
graphite ribbon tapes.
Style
A60-INC is proven as the ultimate product for maximum leakage
control and a multi-purpose packing that is compatible with
virtually most of the industrial fluids. Because of its outstanding
mouldability, Style A60-INC substitutes advantageously the
traditional die-formed graphite rings and majority of the
man-made fibre filament braided packings.

A60-INC will adapt itself to all stuffing box irregularities,
thus assuring a perfect, revolutionary sealability even
on old valves. It will not harden, become brittle or cold
flow in service or on the shelf. It has nothing to leech
or squeeze out.

galvanic corrosion of stainless steel components. During
manufacturing process, a non-metallic inorganic corrosion
inhibitor is introduced into Style A60-INC
- No
other packing is easier to install than Style A60-INC. It
is easy to handle, cut and install. There are no precise
dies or exact measurements required to properly install
Style A60-INC. Stock taking many die-formed sizes is a thing
of the past. Rings can be easily cut from the various sizes
of bulk reels kept in your stores.
