STYLE SSR
PURE EXPANDED FLEXIBLE MINERAL GRAPHITE GASKETING SHEET WITH FLAT STAINLESS STEEL PLATE INSERT (with corrosion inhibitor)

Style SSR inserted with flat stainless steel plate is easy to handle. It has low permeability to liquids, is soft and easily adaptable and can be used in air from the lowest temperature up to 550°C.

Style SSR has a good resistance to chemicals and has a good shear strength coupled with good resistance to thermal shock.

It has long term stability on compression and recovery over a wide temperature range. No ageing or embrittlement of the graphite layers. Good scratch resistance and excellent ‘anti-stick’ agent on all flanges. No measurable cold or warm flow up to maximum permissible gasket stress.

• Operating pressure is extended to 200 Bar (2940 psi)
• Multiple stainless steel inserted sheets are available on request.

• Standard sheet size : 1000mm x 1000mm , 1500mm x 1500mm & 2000mm x 1500mm
• Thicknesses : 0.75mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm

• Can be supplied in gasket form to suit International standards or to customer specification
